Every thing was above my expectations. Breakfast was exceptionally great. Facility was clean and staff are absolutely amazing. One of the staff we met during breakfast was so nice and polite with a very cheerful facial expression. Gym and swimming pool area was great. This will certainly be my go to place when ever I visit Kamloops

I liked the onsite breakfast, lots of options The swimming pool and jacuzzi Room size and fridge in room liked that there was a bath as well as shower coffee offerings in the reception area were welcome Fab sized television

Excellent stay! This will be my go to hotel for next time I’m in Kamloops. The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was clean and warm enough to swim comfortably in the winter, staff were very friendly. Our room was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

Friendly helpful staff who provided additional items when requested, large lobby with free coffee machine, varied breakfasts with a large breakfast room, large room with amazing view. The hot tub in the pool was warm and clean.

The room is big and clean. Most important is the bed is comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always similes. The staff who prepares the breakfast are very helpful. I had a wonderful vacation here. There are many big super-stores around the hotel. I took Ebus from here to Kelowna. Ebus station is near the Sahali Mall. Just a few minutes walk. Very convenient.

The location is great, the view was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious! Pool and hot tub were awesome as well.
